I found another link for tutorials courtesy of Florida Gulf Coast University. This tutorial for MS Word has lots of screen captures, so you can figure out what all of the buttons mean. Note: The left hand side of the screen also includes links for tutorials of Excel, PowerPoint and Access 2007.

You can look at a tutorial for Microsoft Office 2007 at this website http://www.baycongroup.com/. IT has upgraded all of the public computers to Office version 2007. It looks totally different from Office 2003, so it might not be a bad idea to look over the tutorials.
