Barcode Searching in Sirsi

Searching by item barcode in Sirsi can be done in two ways. In the catalog (Enterprise), set the search drop down menu to "All Fields" and type in the item barcode. To search by barcode in Workflows, open the "Item Search and Display" screen. In the index drop down menu, select the option "Item ID." Then type or scan in the barcode of the item.
